CMS HTML codes

can anyone help with the cms html code i need for my server and i dont know how to do it
and i need just like betastory ;[ please help meh and post a cms html code for who knows
How ca i make my server auto register ? cuz i was editting a shop and then i clicked on the shop and i dced
and then i tried to log on again and it says this acc is not registered i need to fix it from my repack or make a cms register
thats why i need a cms html code cuz i fail D:
