Negative Exp Bug (found out why)

Circumstance (How did it happen): Trying to figure out the Negative AP Bug
What happened?: I needed 16 ap, and i had 15 ap. I did @dex 16 and 16 ap was added. i got -1ap left.
Additional information: There is no limit to adding AP. I know, after this is posted, people will use it for their own goods lol. But just watchout. If you get -3000 ap and the bug is fixed, it means u'll need to get 3000 ap before you can ever get ap again. Stealth, add a limiter to the stats, it shouldnt be able to go negative =P.
